How it works
Check every item’s care label and separate laundry that needs a different process. For rugs, inspect backing and adhesives; for curtains, check trim and attachments. Call about item suitability and current machine rates before carrying an unusually heavy or oversized load to the store.
Select an appropriately sized washer and avoid packing the drum tightly. Follow the equipment instructions and use the drying process allowed by the label. If an item does not belong in a machine, ask our team about alternatives rather than forcing it into a larger washer.
Who it’s for
Families with several baskets, Airbnb and short-term rental hosts with washable linens, and neighbors with bulky bedding can benefit from appropriately sized equipment. Small businesses can call about towel or uniform laundry inquiries. We do not guarantee commercial contracts or acceptance of every item; explain the contents and quantity before planning a visit.
Towels and sheets can be grouped by compatible care instructions, while rugs and curtains need an individual check. Remove loose accessories that could catch, and avoid combining fragile fabric with heavy items simply because the drum has space. If your laundry requires a process the label does not permit, pause and ask about an appropriate alternative. Bring a separate bag for clean items and avoid placing freshly washed fabrics against containers that held dirty laundry. A little preparation makes collection and the trip home easier without changing the care requirements of your clothes.

Service questions
Can I wash rugs in large machines?
Some rugs may be suitable, but call before bringing yours. Care labels, backing, adhesives and size affect whether a rug can be washed or dried in our equipment. A large drum does not make every rug safe for machine washing.
Are extra-large dryers available?
Yes. Our washers and dryers range from single-load to extra-large. Choose equipment appropriate for the item and follow its drying instructions. Self-service is open 24/7, but we do not guarantee a particular machine will be free when you arrive.
Do you accept business towels and uniforms?
Call our team for commercial inquiries about towels, uniforms or other business laundry. Explain the fabrics, quantities and care needs so we can discuss suitable options. Do not assume a commercial contract, recurring collection or a particular turnaround is included.
